HNHSJD extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation board is a hard board made of polystyrene resin as raw material and continuously extruded and foamed through a special process. It has an independent closed bubble structure inside and is a highly resistant material. It is an environmentally friendly thermal insulation material with excellent properties such as pressure resistance, non-absorbent, moisture-proof, airtight, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, long service life and low thermal conductivity.

Excellent, long-lasting thermal insulation                                               

The thermal conductivity of HNHSJD  extruded board is 0.028w/m·k, which has the characteristics of high thermal resistance and low linear expansion rate. Its thermal conductivity is much lower than other insulation materials, such as EPS board, foamed polyurethane, insulation mortar, cement perlite, etc. At the same time, because this material has a stable chemical structure and physical structure, it ensures the durability and stability of the thermal insulation performance of this material.

Excellent water and moisture resistance                                    

HNHSJD extruded board has a tight closed cell structure. The molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, and there are no gaps on the front and back of the board. Therefore, the water absorption rate is extremely low, and it has good moisture-proof and anti-penetration properties.

The complete closed-cell foam structure of HNHSJD  extruded board forms a lightweight and uniform honeycomb structure, resulting in high hardness, but it is not as brittle as polyurethane foam and phenolic foam, so it is not easy to break.
